FMEA's - Engineers, Manufacturing Management, and Associates are trained to perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. This is an early warning technique that provides process engineering with a methodical way of studying the causes and effects of failures so design improvements can be made. A product or process is examined for every way that it can fail. Seriousness and frequency are components of the equation.
Team Problem Solving - Our Associates have been trained in the concepts of Team Problem Solving. Six Sigma teams have been established in every manufacturing cell as well as every department work center.
DOE's --- Engineers, designers, and laboratory personnel have been trained in the proper way to design an experiment. The technique is to ensure that multi-variable experiments are conducted properly and with the utmost efficiency. |
All materials and finished goods must be inspected carefully by our quality control rooms before registered in and delivered out of our warehouses. Besides, quality rooms have been used to train associates and staff on quality theories, production initiatives, continuous improvement, leadership and supervision skills, learn manufacturing techniques, push versus pull production, design, techniques, associate involvement and accountability. Brentorma is committed to investing in our Associates - recognizing them as a valuable asset, and helping them achieve their potential.
